Why Designmaster

Why do we choose to purchase anything? Generally it is because we need it, and often times it is just because we want it. We all need furniture to dine on – a table and some dining chairs – so that we can come together with our families and friends. Relationships are built when we share meals.

Here at Designmaster, we clearly fill “the need,” and we have a solid track record that shows we also fill “the want.” We are a 27 year old company built upon old fashioned values and wonderful people.

We are known as a leader in our niche of the dining furniture business. Here are many of the reasons you should consider purchasing Designmaster dining chairs, dining stools, and dining tables:

  • Quality construction that has been consistently reliable
  • Impeccable tailoring

  • Solid value – good looking furniture at reasonable prices
  • Very comfortable dining chairs

Some of our dealers have said that they think we are building the best dining chairs on the market. You be the judge. We would be delighted to build dining furniture for you to meet your taste in furniture design and your pocketbook. We are confident that our furniture will bring you lasting pleasure and enjoyment.

Family Dinner Day – September 26

A new study from Columbia University’s National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) shows that teens greatly benefit from frequent family dinners. Compared to teens who have two or fewer dinners per week with their family, teens who have five or more are less likely to smoke, drink and to use drugs. In addition, they are more likely to have higher academic scores, to confide in their parents, and to feel that their parents are proud of them. To encourage more family dinners, CASA has designated September 26th as “Family Day – A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children.”
